- Can I really cancel any time?
- Yes. Two clicks in the portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No retention call, no friction.
- Where is my data stored?
- Supabase, Sydney region. We don't share it. You can export everything as CSV at any time, and for 90 days after you cancel.
- Are prices inclusive of GST?
- Yes. Every price you see on this site is AUD inclusive of GST. We email a tax invoice with your ABN noted each month.
- What if I'm not technical?
- Most of our clients aren't. Onboarding takes 20 minutes on a screen-share with Bryan. After that, you only open the portal to see numbers.
